| Friday, December 10th, 2010 | ||
| Registration | It is compulsory for all participants to register on Friday, 10th December 2010 between 2pm and 7pm only, at the Great Lake Centre on Tongariro Street. No early or late registrations will be permitted. |

| Expo | Check out specials and displays at the Expo. | |
| Didymo | It is compulsory that you bring your wetsuits to registration as the Department of Conservation require all competitors to have their wetsuits washed before entering the lake in case of contamination with Didymo. |

| Bike Racking | Bike racking is situated at the entrance of the bike transition at the Taupo Yacht Club on Ferry Road. You must also bring your helmet for inspection. Only bikes and helmets which have passed the official check will be allowed into transition and therefore into the race. All bikes must be racked in transition between 2pm to 7pm. | |
| Race Briefing | All individuals and all team competitors are required to be present at the athlete briefing at the close of registration at 7:15pm, at the Great Lake Centre. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. |

| Transition Opens | Transition opens for all competitors at 5:30am until 6:25am. |

| Individual Start | 6:30am race start for all individuals. | |
| Team Start | 6:40am race start for all teams. |
|
| Course Closes | All athletes must be back into bike transition no later than 1.00pm ready to commence run. | |
| Prize Giving | 4pm at the Great Lake Centre. |
